Tbilisi · Rustaveli · Board mornings

On the ninth floor we keep a quiet table, a large printer, and the last three packs we drew for Thursday sittings. Directors come with a folder of figures. They leave with pages they can read before the coffee is poured.

Platform Flowhub is a briefing studio. We draw executive dashboards — printed and screen pages for the people who have to answer for the month.

Commissioned executive dashboards for Georgian companies — six to twelve pages, footnotes on the source tables, GEL and foreign-currency columns where the shareholders need them.

How a morning goes

We do not send a blank grid. We sit with last month’s tables.

Most first conversations last ninety minutes. The finance lead brings the management accounts, the headcount file, and whatever the board asked for last quarter and never received in a form they could use. We mark which lines belong on page one, which belong in an appendix, and which should stay in the workbook.

The executive dashboard pack is the flagship briefing: a set of visual pages for the sitting itself. Colour is limited. Every chart has a source line. If a number is still being argued in the building, it does not appear as a fact.

After the first pack, some clients keep us for the year.

We used to arrive at the sitting with a forty-slide file and a finance manager who had been up until two. The new pack is eight pages. The chair still asks hard questions; she just no longer spends the first twenty minutes hunting for the margin line.

A pack is a document people hold. It is not a wall of numbers.

Client notes on this site name the briefing, the constraint, and what changed in the room. They are not scores. If you want the longer accounts, they live on the client notes page, including one where a first draft was too dense and had to be cut.
