What a pack costs, and what moves the fee
Fees are quoted in GEL after we have seen the current pack or the source tables. The figures below are starting points, not a menu of three named tiers.
Executive dashboard pack
From 3,800 GEL
A first commissioned pack of about six pages, one language, one revision round, discovery sitting included. Extra pages, bilingual legends, and disordered workbooks are quoted after the sitting.
Monthly refresh
From 1,450 GEL per month
The agreed pack redrawn after close, with a covering note. Assumes files arrive in the same shape. A restatement or a new entity is a separate note, not an automatic extra line on the invoice.
Board-morning support
From 900 GEL per sitting
Presence in a Tbilisi boardroom on the morning, with a marked proof and spare prints. Travel outside the city is added. We decline mornings where we have never seen the pack.
Visual briefing workshop
From 2,200 GEL
Four hours for up to eight people, using your last pack, plus a two-page note of the rules the room agreed. Room hire at your offices is yours; the studio table is included if you come to Rustaveli.
What changes an estimate
The fee moves when the source tables are incomplete, when the sitting needs both Georgian and English on every chart, when more than one legal entity must appear on the same page, and when the chair wants an appendix of the last four quarters rather than the last month. A pack that must be ready in under ten working days is possible only if the files are already clean; rush work is quoted, not assumed.
We do not offer monthly software access, annual plans, or a cheaper “starter pack” that leaves page one blank. A deposit of 40% is due when you accept the scoped note. The balance is due on delivery of the final files, before we release the print-ready PDF. Invoices are in GEL. Bank transfer is the usual method.
