How we hold the notes you send
This notice describes how Platform Flowhub handles personal information when you write to us, sit for a briefing, or visit this website. It should be read with the cookies page.
Controller
Platform Flowhub, Level 9, 42 Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi 0108, Georgia, is the controller. Email: hello@platform-flowhub.digital. Telephone: +995 32 555 3160.
What we collect
From the contact form and from email: your name, email address, organisation, the briefing you asked about, a preferred sitting date, and the message you wrote. From the work itself: names of people who join sittings, and whatever personal data sits inside the management accounts you choose to send (we ask you not to send payroll files unless the sitting is about people and you have a basis to share them). From the site: the technical cookies described on the cookies page, and, if you accept measurement cookies, limited visit counts.
We do not collect identity-document scans, payment-card numbers, or special-category data as a matter of course.
Why we hold it
To answer your note, to draw and deliver the pack, to invoice, to keep proofs for a limited period, and to meet bookkeeping duties in Georgia. The legal bases we rely on are the contract for the briefing, our legitimate interest in running a small studio and keeping a defensible source map, and consent where you have accepted non-essential cookies.
How long
Enquiry notes that do not become work are deleted after twelve months. Contracts, invoices, and delivered PDFs are kept for the period Georgian accounting rules require, and in any case not less than six years. Source tables you sent are deleted from our working disks within ninety days after the final pack is delivered, unless a monthly refresh is still active. Cookie records follow the durations in the cookies table.
Who else sees it
The three people in the studio. Our accountant in Tbilisi, for invoices. A Georgian bank, for transfers. We do not sell lists. Hosting for this static site may process technical logs outside Georgia; see international transfers below.
International transfers
If a host or email provider stores a copy outside Georgia, we use suppliers that offer a contract and a level of protection we consider adequate for a small professional studio. You may ask where a particular file currently sits.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or — where the law allows — ask us to delete it or to restrict it. You may object to our using your details for anything other than the briefing you commissioned. You may withdraw cookie consent. To do any of this, write to hello@platform-flowhub.digital. You may also complain to the personal data protection authority in Georgia.
Children
The site and the briefings are for adult professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
