Briefings we draw
Each briefing is a piece of work with a sitting, a set of pages, and a named person at the studio. Choose the shape that matches how your board actually meets.
The studio does not sell access to a product. We draw the pages that go into the room. The flagship is the executive dashboard pack — a first set of visual pages built from your management accounts. The other briefings exist because some chairs want the pack kept current, some want us in the building on the morning, and some want their own finance team to take the pencil after we leave.

Executive dashboard pack
A first commissioned set of visual briefing pages for the sitting — usually six to twelve pages, with source lines and a working session over the draft.
Monthly refresh
The same pack, redrawn each month from the new figures, with a short note on what moved and what we refused to put on page one.
Board-morning support
One of us in the building on the morning of the sitting, with a marked proof, spare prints, and a calm answer when a director points at a bar.
Visual briefing workshop
A half-day with your finance team on what belongs on page one, how much colour a board will tolerate, and how to write a source line that survives a question.
