Some chairs want the person who drew the pack in the building, not on the phone after a director has already asked where a column comes from. Board-morning support is that presence.
What we do in the room
Arrive an hour before the sitting. Check the print against the screen file. Lay spare copies. Sit to the side unless asked to speak. If a director points at a bar and asks for the cell, we answer from the source map. We do not argue the business. We do not speak for finance.
What we do not do
We do not take minutes. We do not present the CEO letter. We do not stay for lunch unless you have booked a follow-up working session, which is a different fee.
Practical notes
Tbilisi boardrooms only, on working mornings. If the sitting is outside the city, we say so at booking — travel time is added. Bring a printed source map even if you think everyone already knows the files; someone new always joins.
This briefing is usually booked with a monthly refresh or immediately after a first executive pack. A stranger walking in with no history of the pages is rarely useful, and we will decline if we have not seen the pack.
