This is the briefing most first-time clients commission. It is for the chair, the finance director, and anyone else who has to answer for the month with a document in their hands — not a file that still needs explaining in the corridor.
Who it is for
Georgian companies and regional groups that already produce management accounts, but whose board pack is either a raw export or a long slide file. Typical sittings: a monthly operating review, a quarterly board, or a first pack for a new chair who has asked for “the numbers on one table.”
What you receive
A numbered set of pages (print-ready PDF and a screen PDF for the projector), plus a one-page source map that says which workbook, which tab, and which line each chart is built from. We deliver Georgian, English, or bilingual legends. Currency columns can sit in GEL with a second column in the reporting currency the shareholders use.
Included in the fee: one discovery sitting of about ninety minutes, source mapping, a first visual draft, one working session over that draft, and a final pack after a single revision round.
Not included: live connections to accounting systems, overnight data entry, or writing the narrative letter from the CEO. If the figures are still moving in the building, we wait or we mark the page as provisional.
How the work proceeds
- You send last month’s management accounts, the current board agenda, and any page the chair already trusts.
- We sit together — on Level 9 or at your offices — and mark what belongs on page one.
- A first draft returns within ten working days for a pack of this size.
- We hold a working session. Pencil notes go in the margin. One revision round follows.
- Final files go to the person who prints the pack and to the person who runs the projector.
Time, place, preparation
Two to four weeks is typical when the source tables are complete. Delays usually come from missing headcount files or from a late change to the agenda. You should bring someone who can answer “where does this number live?” If that person cannot join, the mapping takes longer and we say so before we start.
We work in Tbilisi. Regional clients join the discovery sitting by video; printing and a final check still happen against a physical proof if you want one sent by courier.
Constraints
We will not put a number on a page if we cannot point to a cell. We limit colour. Traffic-light dots are used only when the board already agreed the thresholds. We do not decorate empty space with maps of Georgia unless geography is the subject of the sitting.

Fees start at 3,800 GEL for a six-page operating pack with a single language and clean source tables. Bilingual pages, extra appendices, and messy workbooks move the fee.
