Once an executive dashboard pack exists, the question is whether anyone in the building has the hours to redraw it when the close is late and the sitting is on Thursday. The monthly refresh is that work, done here.
Who it is for
Finance leads who already signed off a first pack with us, or who bring a stable pack drawn elsewhere and want it kept in the same visual language. It is not a first briefing. If you do not yet have pages the chair recognises, start with the executive dashboard pack.
What arrives each month
Updated pages in the agreed order, a short covering note naming the three movements that matter, and a list of figures we did not put on page one because they were still being argued. Print and screen PDFs, same as the first pack.
The retainer assumes the source tables arrive in the same shape each month. A new tab, a new entity, or a restatement is extra work and is quoted before we touch the pages.
Rhythm
Most Tbilisi clients close between the fifth and the eighth. We ask for the files the morning after close. Three working days later the pack is ready for print. If the sitting moves, say so; we do not hold a secret calendar of board dates.
What we will not do on retainer
We will not invent a page the chair did not ask for. We will not “tidy” a number that finance has not signed. We will not skip the covering note; chairs told us they read that first.
Fee
From 1,450 GEL a month for an eight-page pack in one language, with one round of small corrections after the finance lead looks at it. Pause with a month’s notice. Restarting after a long pause may need a short re-mapping sitting.
