Terms of briefing work

A signed document and a pen on a desk

These terms apply when you commission work from Platform Flowhub, including an executive dashboard pack, a monthly refresh, board-morning support, or a visual briefing workshop. By sending a note, accepting a scoped estimate, or paying a deposit, you accept them.

The studio

Platform Flowhub is the briefing studio at Level 9, 42 Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi 0108. Contact: hello@platform-flowhub.digital and +995 32 555 3160.

What we supply

We supply documents: print-ready and screen PDFs, a source map, and, where booked, presence on a board morning or a workshop session. We do not supply software, logins, licences, or a live connection to your accounts. Title to the finished pages for your internal use passes when the balance is paid. We keep working files and proofs.

Your files

You warrant that you may send us the figures and that they may be used to draw the pack. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the source tables. We are responsible for tracing a number to the cell you named, not for whether that cell is the number the board ought to see.

Intellectual property

The visual arrangement of a pack we draw is our work. You may reproduce the delivered pages for your board, your auditors, and your shareholders. You may not resell the pages, copy the arrangement for another company’s sitting, or present the studio’s proofs as your own design product. Your figures remain yours.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the briefing that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for decisions the board takes after reading the pack, for a sitting that overruns, or for a print that fails at a third-party shop. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Georgian law does not allow to be limited.

Confidentiality

Packs, proofs, and source tables are treated as confidential. We do not put client figures on this site. We may name a sector and a city in a client note only with permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

Changes

If we change these terms, the version that applied when you accepted the scoped estimate continues to govern that briefing. Later work follows the version on this page at the time of the later estimate.
